NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

SOUTHEAST TEXAS GROUNDWATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT

NOTICE is given that the Southeast Texas Groundwater Conservation District (“District”) will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday November 9, 2023 at 10:00 AM at the Jasper County Courthouse Annex Building, Emergency Operations Center (2^nd floor), at 271 East Lamar, Jasper, Texas 75951 as required by Chapter 36 of the Texas Water Code. The public hearing will be held to take public comments on proposed changes to the District Rules.
